PLANNING

Our planning staff addresses client’s and designer’s needs alike – from obtaining necessary engineering services and permits to working drawings that turn concepts into reality.

PROJECT MANAGMENT

We provide on-site job supervision by an individual thoroughly experienced in all phases of construction and designer/client consultations. Our field personnel are supported by an efficient office staff, who are experienced in job cost analysis and bookkeeping procedures. This ability to perform as the owner’s representative allows the project to proceed efficiently.

FIELD PERSONNEL

We maintain a field staff of talented masons, expert rough and finish carpenters, wall finishers, tile setters, cabinet and furniture makers, painters, and wood and lacquer finishers. Their expertise is complemented by a select group of sub-contractors who provide the balance of our services, and allow us the ability to control all phases of the project.
